Assessment
How prepared are you?
This is where we begin with every client.
The assessment allows us to get a comprehensive view of your business and what level of preparedness you have.
From there we continue other services such as training, resources, policies and procedures, and other support as needed.
We offer a comprehensive assessment to ensure that your business is ready and prepared with the appropriate measures in place to mitigate the emotional impact and business disruption on your operations, employees, and stakeholders.
Our assessment process consists of the following:
Phase one: Overview and planning for assessment process including goals, timeline and methodology.
Phase two: Conduct assessment.
Phase three: Presentation of assessment results and recommendations.
Topics assessed include: business structure, policies and procedures, previous traumas, crisis services available, continuity of operations, financial resilience, employee support and well-being, reputation management, legal and regulatory compliance, and stakeholder confidence.
Assessing preparedness provides an opportunity for you, the business, to identify gaps, weaknesses, and lessons learned that can be used to improve your emergency response and business continuity planning processes over time.
Upon completion of your assessment, you will receive an in-depth report of your leadership and business strengths and areas for improvement. This includes recommendations for how to proactively prepare your leadership team and business in each area assessed that can be implemented on your own or with support from Traumatic Grief Solutions.
