Dr. Jennifer R. Levin
Dr. Jennifer R. Levin, LMFT, FT is the founder of Traumatic Grief Solutions and a nationally recognized expert in workplace bereavement, sudden loss, and organizational crisis response. For more than two decades, she has helped leadership and administration at businesses, schools, and communities meet the grief needs of their staff following a sudden or unexpected loss. She is skilled at guiding difficult conversations and helping organizations stabilize and thrive after crisis.
Dr. Levin is the author of The Traumatic Loss Workbook: Powerful Skills for Navigating Grief After Sudden or Unexpected Death, creator of The Traumatic Loss Companion Course: A Guided Path to Healing, and host of the podcast Untethered: Healing the Pain from a Sudden Death. She is also the creator of the WeCARE Loss Support Kits, offering evidence based, compassionate tools that change the way we support individuals living with loss.
Through her writing, teaching, public speaking, and consulting, Dr. Levin has helped thousands of individuals better understand grief, build healthy coping strategies, and create a meaningful life while living with loss.

She oversees daily operations and serves as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking support, information, and resources, helping ensure every client experience is handled with professionalism, compassion, and care.
Traumatic Grief Therapist
Adena Sarkina, LMFT
Adena received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2018. In her private practice, Adena provides grief-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families walking through the life altering journey of grief and loss. Her work not only addresses grief related to the death of a loved one, but also losses connected to relationships, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Adena is also the founder and director of Love and Light Grief Center, a nonprofit that provides compassionate grief support for individuals navigating life after loss. This Center offers weekly, year-round, low-fee grief support groups for adults coping with loss.
